Founded in the late 1960's Heavenly Light World Outreach Fellowships mandate is to reach the lost and impact the nation.
Led by Apostle Elsworth & Pastor Carmen Williams we not only see our selves as a community church but we strive to bring the message of Hope and Faith to everyone we meet.
